I almost cried this morning when I stepped on the scale, but I wanted to be accountable for my actions. This weekend I was really bad... It was my 5 year wedding anniversary and I knew I was going to indulge, but after looking at the scale I'm not sure it was worth it. I'm hoping maybe its mostly water weight and that by getting back on track today, I'll be down again by the end of the week.

I refuse to let a bad weekend ruin all the hard work I have put in these past 29 weeks. I still have so far to go... sometimes it just seems so hard! =(
190.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I can relate so much to this. You are doing great and don't beat yourself up too much. I let myself get out of hand for months and regained so much. You slipped for a weekend...you have the right attitude...you will be fine!
