Well, I almost can't believe it!? I weighed myself before I ran and was not any different.. and then I weighed myself before I showered (and after to make sure I wasn't seeing things!) and it was 204.2!!! I don't really know if that should count, cause I haven't eaten dinner yet... but I'm going to take it to encourage myself!! lol...
204.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

well I am HAPPY for you. yay! downward on the chart is a great motivation for everyone. you should way yourself at the same time everyday though. but i would be happy if i saw that drop too. WOOOO- HOOOO

Yes! It's actually more accurate because the sweat from your body (retained water) has decreased, therefore less weight! Good job! Isn't it weird how when we think we'll never see a change it miraculously starts going down??
