scale said 157 after urinating at 10:50AM (woke up 10:46AM) slept 12 hours 30 minutes and only had 1600 calories day before. Scale said 157 so maybe 155-157.

Last day mass fusion 10-19-12. second bag.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
