Trying to get back into the swing of things. Have already lost about 12 pounds, but will now start tracking my food and exersize as well as my progress. I just have to love myself more, enough to do this for me.
I pray to God everyday to give me the strength to do this, to let me survive all this turmoil in my life and come out stronger for it.
