Edit on the weigh in - I didn't weigh in today Oct. 16th.. I weighed in on Oct 15th..so there shouldn't be a change in the weight history.. Still trying to figure out how to navigate on this site.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
