Tried to make up for some missing fat cal and total RDI by snacking. I should have stuck with the fruit or a veggie. I think the double 1/2 my RDI days lowered my metabolism. I thought I could recover that yesterday by snacking. My goal today is to end above 1600 cal to the max of 2600. I will hit my 1st goal of 216 by Monday July 5, 2010. I plan to hit my 2nd goal of 208 before August. I'm not certain where my lifelong goal weight will hit. I hope/plan for between March - June 2011. The CaloriesPerHour website has changed something. I can't find supporting data for my 2600 cal per day to loose 1 pound a week. Either way, I'll need to monitor and adjust as I go. Because the less I weight, the less I'll burn. So throughout the weight loss, I should also slowly reduce intake until I find the sweet spot to live by.
