DAAAMN it i can't believe i lost anything.. i wanted to cry when i didn't gain.. thank god.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

thank you tammy!!!! i was for SURE i gained weight... postive!... and i would have been happy to be at the same weight... this ismuch better!..lol..less than a pound to go!.. the wii already reached the goal weight.. so on there i've already started over at another 5 pounds by the endof the month.

Great job on your weight loss Naiomy! From ur weight history I see it only took you about 3 months. Right? I'm so jealous lol hopefully ill be as successful in my weight loss journey. My sis in law is having her quinceanera mid august and I'm hoping and wishing I can buy a sexy lil dress hehe =)

i started "dieting" in April.. april 5th was the actual date! lol.. but i started out miserably ... i didn't know what i know now.. it was just more of a trial and error and from 4/5 to 5/5 i ate a half grapefruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch (tried to keep it asfar below 100 calories as a i could) and then tried to have a dinner that would keep me below 1K calories. no exercise.. just wanted to retrain my appetite.. now i know i need the fuel and exercise to keep it going.. i work out everyday for at least 30 minutes and try to atleast eat 1300 a day.. it has been a great journey and i'm learning about my body.. and i went from never being able to jog to jogging over a mile!.. its great!... i hope you have success in yours too!
