Whoa too fast Not trying hard enough to eat. Being sick sure makes it easy to under-eat. Day 8 of fever. 100 degrees again. Almost went 24 hr without fever. Good thing Doc wanted to renew Rx. I want to be well SOOO BAD! I'll try better to eat a full RDI today. I hope along with the weight loss that all these better fruits and veggies help to KICK this Flu or whatever sickness is weighting me down.
