1451 kcal Fat: 33.24g | Prot: 61.75g | Carb: 243.44g.   Breakfast: Canned Stewed Tomatoes, skim milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), special k cereal, flax, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: spicy salmon roll, wakame salad, edamame in pods. Dinner: turkey chili, celery, carrot, asparagus, ronzoni smart taste, brown rice, carrot. Snacks/Other: jell-o no sugar pudding. more...
