I've been off the system now for quite awhile, but want to get back to keeping a record of my eating habits. My weight continues to fluctuate by 5-10 pounds or so, but I feel good. I just don't want to GAIN weight (and have to buy a bigger size of clothes!!). So I know I need to keep track of things. I'd love it if I could get back into the 160's, so that'll be my goal.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
