Day 99!

Counting down the 100 days until my birthday 2013!

Looking for motivation.....there it is.....not one more birthday can go by without a movement towards health.

Yesterday was a lower carb day.

Today....No Weight Loss

I feel a bit lighter on my feet and walking with an energetic step though.

Left leg and angle historically have been smaller and less swollen.

Right leg seems unchanged today and feels very, very heavy and bloated with water weight.

Need to track all cals eaten and take my measurements every Monday.

No real plan to follow right now except alternating with only pure water fasting days and keep the carbs low on food days.

I will listen to my body and eat if needed but will need to train it to work around the hunger pains and carb cravings. I need to shake "the shakes".

So, Yesterday was October 1, 2012 and even though this is going to be a 365 day project to clean up my blood, reduce the fat cells, get in tune with my body signals, reduce the amount of food I consume, move more and achieve a higher level of total fitness, I want to break this next year up into quarters to make it more achievable and managable.
330.5 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
