6 weeks to do this. Gotta average 2 lbs a week loss. It's all about the exercise. Been eating well, just not enough exercise. I plan on burning about 1000 to 1500 more cals than I consume. That WILL do it!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
