i behaved myself at Oktoberfest last night and my calorie count seemed to total up to something closer to maintenance for me. I didn't lose much from yesterday, but I didn't gain! Hooray!
181.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1502 kcal Fat: 56.73g | Prot: 67.38g | Carb: 195.65g.   Breakfast: Lowfat All Natural Plain Yoghurt. Lunch: Sesame Bread, Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Without Salt Roasted Whole Pumpkin and Squash Seeds. Dinner: Spinach, Honey, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Olive Oil, Onions, Zucchini, Green Peppers, Whole Wheat Flour. Snacks/Other: Blueberry Muffin, Chocolate Chips. more...
