Day 2 and Only the low numbers count! Bringing the number down now that is what I am talking about! Thanks Stair Master, healthy food, water and positive inspirational people! Thank you friends for helping me with my computer troubles as I would so miss my electronic F.S. hook up. I tried a Zumba class at my gym tonight and it was a lot of fun. I need to get me some coordination and it will get even better. TOWANDA!!!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
