I spent all day driving yesterday. FatSecret says that burns lots of calories. Who knew?!?
198.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've read that driving, for the average dude, consumes calories to feed the brain. Evidently, decision-making requires energy. Around Indy 500 time the talking heads always bring up the argument "is racing a real athletic event" and someone always trots out the studies that show the hormonal and energy changes in the driver's body are the same as that of a quarterback.
