Tummies's Journal, 21 June 2010

I am down 1 pound from last week, which I believe can be mainly attributed to paying more attention to what I ate over the weekend. Weekends are always the worst for me.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
