Have had a terrible stress filled summer..It's been hard to stay on track,so as a result,the pounds are adding back up..Eating poorly has caused joint pain to return also,not to mention the digestive problems.Today,I begin to take control of my life and leave the problems of my children on God's hands.I have to take care of me first and foremost.Mindset is over half the battle and I know I'm ready to take control again.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good to hear from you! Sounds like you have the right mindset now. How can you take care of others if you are not taking care of yourself? I am at work now but hope to catch up with you soon. Big Hugs!

Thanks Buffy..I haven't been able to track or post lately either because my keyboard took a crap on my laptop and my phone doesn't have an app for fatsecret..
