UM, TERRIBLE.

I honestly think this has to be from eating 44g of fiber yesterday, if the body can't digest it, it's going to take time to pass through
117.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's right, it will take time to go through... it's not terrible, it's awesome! Think about how awesome it'll be once it does digest through and you weigh less :) chin up!!! You rock!
