I'm closing in to the 10 lbs mark. Looking at the data, this should occur on Tuesday. I am really starting to see changes in my own body. I especially don't feel as jiggly these days.
186.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
