Yesterday was Helen's Bday. Still worked out, weight has not been going down probably b/c of lifting.

Going out to VA for the next 5 days.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
