La La La La

Down 1.2 to 206.2. Way ahead of last week. All is good in la la land.

Took a nice 16 mile ride last night after work. It was not as hot as usual. I did some intervals, but generally took it easy. However my legs are sore today, no pain no gain!

Yesterday went nicely, did a salad for lunch, and a fritata for dinner.
RDI was just about dead on.

Today, more study.

206.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice going! Can you imagine biking with all the weight you have lost so far?

I know heidijoy, I could not imagine having 50 or 60 lbs added on my bike. That would be rough!
