Working! Slow weight loss, which is the best kind. Sometimes it's tough when you're out of town and have to rely on restaurant choices. I order a side salad or side of fruit with those meals and try to limit the bad stuff and fill up on the good. Keep Stevia gummy bears from Whole Foods in my purse, which really helps me deal with cravings and temptation. Also I keep the mini Kind Bars in there if I need a snack on the go. Past weekend we were at a hotel, meeting people for lunch, running around packing to check out, doing hair and makeup. That little kind bar got me from point a to point b so I wasn't too hungry when lunch finally rolled around.

Have GOT to get on the treadmill, but life has been hectic lately. No signs of it slowing down with the holidaze looming, so I just have to do it.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
