Three days at 128. I hope I don't regret recording this. My scale was a bit uncertain this morning and I'm going home to dad's cooking in a few days. I'll try to be strong but experience shows I usually lose that resolve quickly.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
