I've hurt myself. I don't know how, but my shoulder hurts enough to require a sling. And I know it's bad when painkillers don't touch it. Alcohol did - after past the point of medicinal use. But injury meant no excersize. It hurt to move.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
