lost half lb. I think I can do this now. I am going to try and stick to this for 2 full weeks. so far I have only managed to last for 3 days, then go on a feeding binge.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
