Ok This is very confusing, the new scale flags at 142, but after ca 5 control weighins it displays another weight, how this is relevant i dont know, i just take the one that fits best :)

Considering getting a control scale just to make sure i get the correct reading..

For now , its an improvement from last week ( i hope ) still going down, but it might have to do with the sweets i had..

The week have been consisting of hospital visits for a friend after work, which kinda put off the whole dinner thing..

But i will be back on track next week!
308.9 lb Lost so far: 79.1 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
