Been a while since I signed in and logged a weight. I just want to say this summer has been a workout blitz. Been going to the pool and doing water workouts of my own design. I have the theory that the water has a certain resistance to move through it. If you increase the force of the movement it increases the resistance and you can build muscle like lifting weights with the water instead of reps. I have a large ab crunch ball 29" wide that I push through the water. I have taped together three "water noodles" to make a barrier to push as I walk. I have a bender ball that I hold with both hands in front of me and sink down into the water with force to build chest and arms. It has been working. Finally, I have been able to lose again. Only problem. This is strictly a summer deal. So in a few weeks it's back to the gym and cycling and weights.
