So, I lost the pound I gained last week, and then a little more. So I'm happy with that! Next week I start with the personal trainer, so that should go well. Hopefully I'll get my energy back from working out more. I've been so tired lately!
206.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on recording a loss! Yay! I am sure your personal trainer will inspire you to kick it up a notch and you will benefit both in energy levels and weight loss. Way to go!

I am feeling a little unmotivated too but we need to think about our long term goals and our short term goals we will need to meet to get there...like what we want to accomplish and lose this week. Where we want to be at by the end of the month. Keep your goals in sight. Good job signing up for the trainer too. That will jump start you too. I am back to being focused too today and for this week ahead! Good luck and have a great week. Congrats on your lb down too!
