Ok so maybe this is cheating, but ... I decided to weigh myself during my workout this morning and I dropped a little. Maybe from all the sweat that was pouring off me during treadmill walk/run??? But I have already had a bowl of cereal and two pieces of toast before workout. What do you think buddies? Well back to workout, pushups, reverse row, squats I think today and finish with elliptical if I can.
182.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
