not that i am fianlly getting getting close to my goal weight....my mid section is still 30 nches. just trying to keep up with this unti we go on vacation. 12 days.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
