Wow a loss! I am happily surprised that I did not totally sabotage myself this past couple of days. I have been out of town for a couple days on business and our food selection wasn't always the best for me. I made decent choices, just too many junk snacks. Working out with coworkers in the hotel gym was a plus and I am glad I packed workout clothes and tennis shoes. :)
184.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome! I bet sometimes when we give the body a little variety on food or exercise it moves things along! I am SO very excited to watch you go down, down, down and only four pounds to go!
