Bounced around all week but ended up where I was 7 days ago. That's the bad news and the good news, I guess. This weekend is the Rib Cook Off in Reno and I plan to have some ribs today making carbs from the sauce unavoidable, not to mention potential msg and plenty of salt. I have planned for not to exceed 3 ribs and have to guess at the macros. Yum!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Had me some ribs the other night from Bono’s BarBQ, a local Jax Fl icon and saved some for the next day. They were so freakin good!!! Only ate a few of the fries

Gosh, I do love good ribs. Maybe you can find some with just a rub on them.
