Breaking my 2 day fast with light fruit. Blessings on your journey.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So, what should I be eating or drinking today? Probably broth? I had a small amount of applesauce and a half apple, and a multi-vitamin. I felt nauseated so I had a small amount of left-over oatmeal. I felt amazingly better when I was fasting, but I thought it would be unhealthy to do do 3 days. I was not hungry at all this morning, though.

I have fasted as long as 11 days. Basically, for me, I can fast as long as I have fat on my body.
