This was not a great week for me, but I managed to lose a couple of ounces. I will do better in the coming week. I have to weigh-in tonight at a church weight loss group. I hope to have had at least a no loss, no gain day. I had the munchies all day Sunday, I kept going back to the fridge and looking for something sweet that I could sink my teeth into. It started when we got home from church, the roast in the crock pot wasn't ready and the smell in the kitchen was overwhelmingly good.
