Well that's a slap in the face universe.... Sure I haven't been a saint, but 0,8kg? Come on... I mean, if I have the same results after eating a salad as I have downing a pint of ben and jerrys I think I know what I would rather be doing...
Hopefully it's just a glitch... have to stay positive. Maybe tomorrow all will be right with the world...
I'll just have to take a deep breath and keep eating healthy....
