Holding this morning. I ate too much, perhaps, but it didn’t include any alcohol or sugar. Not even the cupcakes or the bundt cake. I decided I didn’t want to deal with sugar withdrawal so abstinence was best. Now, I did eat the insides of a beautiful quiche with veggies and a big bunch of salad that was unfortunately already dressed, but it could have been far worse. Also ate a strawberry and a tiny bit of watermelon. Came home and knocked out 30 minutes/1100 meters in the pool. I can feel the extra food sitting in my gut, I swear. Will swim and walk today along with whatever BF and I decide to do together.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
