YAY, I went down finally! I think my running is paying off. I didn't eat very well this weekend... so then I think to myself how much could I have lost if I'd eaten well?!:-p I feel thinner and tighter.. if that makes since. I have been just waiting to get to 212 lbs, that's what I was dying to see... and it was even better!!! I can now take my size 18 jeans off like sweatpants w/o unbuttoning them:-D
211.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
