WTF?
136.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weight fluctuations are normal. don't let it discourage you and try not to focus too much on the numbers. your already at a pretty healthy weight so just stay focused on maintaining your current weight so that any loss be a delightful surprise. it took time to gain it. it will take time to lose it.
