A new low!!! I can't believe that I am showing that big of a loss in the past couple days, but the scale at the gym and my scale at home agree. I got up early enough to get a workout in this morning before sitting down to work and I have weight loss class tonight with the trainer. Looking forward to a great day. :)

Today I am thankful for a new low on the scale, a good breakfast and as always my family and friends. We had an earthquake last night that was close, so I am also thankful that my family is safe. :)
185.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look at you go! Congratulations on the new low, and may I just add...you're very brave to weigh yourself on two different scales. I would never try that...lol

I didn't really change anything, but my total calories for the past two days now (including today) have been lower. I haven't been as hungry, but I have been working out quite a bit. Today I worked out this morning and then was back at the gym after work. Hopefully Friday morning weight will be good still. :)

OH yes - I bet it will stay down because you are burning calories like crazy and have gained muscle which will burn calories more effectively, right?

I have been trying to use my calories at the right time based on my workouts. Trying to feed my body a little before workouts and then protein and lots of water after workout. I recently added a glass of milk after my workout, so that is something that I changed. I don't know if when I am eating is making as much difference as what I eat, but maybe it is.
