Pizza at the end of the night last night. Yikes! But it was so good :( I recorded a gain of .2... so not bad but wrong direction... but that was to be expected after last night. Today will be right on though! Egg, ham and cheese for breakfast, atkins bar for lunch and some spinach dip (low carb recipe!) on veg, and crockpot whole chicken and a salad tonight, so hopefully recording a loss tomorrow. We'll see! :)
198.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
