goooooooooood sunday morning everyone...decided to try an fast yesterday ...did ok up until about supper time..an then gave in to a growling stomach...lol...it was loud...so had a salad and some jello..about 4 pm sunday evening...havnt ate anything since and really im not hungry YETTTTT !!!!!...its now 419 am...and waking up to do my morning walk in an hour and then 2 more 40 min bike rides to no where...its all helping to work off some of the weight for a change..the fastings is really easier then i first thought it would be...its really about just deciding like so many other things in life that you can do this...an then sticking to the plan...your only as weak as you allow yourslf to be...its all up to you what you can or can not do...i have to say that this last month my mind set has changed alot...im now doing a morning walk most days and i do 2x 40 min workouts on the bike..hi-intensity workouts...if i dont go walking then i do 3 workouts...ive started doing a very short weight routine every other day just to keep limbered up...i have a big dowel pin about 12 inches long, put a 25 pound weight on it...in the middle of the stick...then i stand with my feet shoulder length apart..i put a hand on each end of the stick bent over with it between my legs an swing it upward in front of me as far out as i can...usually about 3 sets of 15 and im breathing hard...on the days i do that usually 2 times a day as with whatever else is going on, after 2pm i start wearing down fast...lol...well...ive spent long enough on here this morning...time to get dressed...make the bed an get ready for my morning walk...have a greattttttttttt day everyone...an enjoy that food for me...il be fasting again today...hahahhaha....

Good Morning, Mr. Fun!!!! Enjoy your fast. Most of the time I feel REALLY good after a fast...cleaned out! :) My stomach capacity also shrinks wish helps control portions!

back from a morning walk...so nice outside already...and humid as well...but il take that anyday compared to cold winter weather...lol

:) Yeah was pretty humid here as well but not too hot, yet! Summer IS coming though so I may have to start getting up earlier!
