Weigh in was not as horrible as I expected. I've gained a almost 2 kilos since the last time I weighed in here, but it was a while ago, and hardly a surprise looking at my recent eating habits. But it was actually a few hectos less than I anticipated, so I'm good with it.

Was at my parents house this weekend and ate some things I shouldn't have. It's just so hard to resist when it's right in fromt of you.
I'll have to do better from now on!

165.6 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
