I knew I'd be down.....but not 6 lbs.....whoopwhoop!! I'm just trying every day to do right. I make plans, then follow them regarding all 3 meals and working out. Since I'm not eating huge meals I'll get hungry mid-morning and afternoon. Rather than just enduring, or snacking out, I eat fruit or celery. This is the lowest I've been in 18 months, and it feels GREAT!
