Slight weight gain, but I had my body fat percentage checked at the gym tonight with the trainer and it is now down to 29.5%, so I have lost .5% body fat! I am ok with the slight weight gain because I have been working out more with weights and I know it will drop again. I had a good workout tonight, so maybe it will catch up in the next couple days if I stick to a good diet.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Losing body fat is the best thing! It equates to inches and those loose fitting size 12 dress pants! Congrats on the hard work!

.5% in two weeks is AMAZING! Way to go!

30.2% 3 weeks ago and 32.5% at the beginning of May, so yeah I was pretty excited that it had gone down another .5% That is 3% body fat replaced with muscle in 3 months!! Woo hoo :)
