What wrong with me...I've been stuck in the 193 range for so long now [up a 1/4 of pound down a 1/4 of pound], I'd acctualy be happy to find myself putting on wieght just to see a different number ont he scale. I don't know what to do anymore...I'm really disapointed.
193.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried changing up some of the things that you are doing? Are you eating enough? Sometimes when you don't eat enough, you don't lose. Are you exercising? If not, you might want to start. IF you are, you might want to change up the exercise or up the intensity. If you eat 3 meals a day, you might want to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead. Are you eating a variety of foods? If you eat a certain number of calories every day, you might try varying the number of calories. Eat high one day, lower the next and so on. Just don't go below 1000 per day. Your body needs fuel to help keep your metabolism burning. Good luck!
