I don't get this. I only exceeded my caloric burn one day since 4/27 and was dropping pounds quickly. Maybe this is a correction. Maybe it's related to my workouts as I'm back to some consistency with the weights. The pants are still loose. Maybe it's water weight? Who knows.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
