Fell off the wagon... hate to see the weight go back up but I really did not follow the diet at all in the past month (WOW... where did the time go??) Stinks because it would have been neat to see where I would be a month later had I actually been following the plan! Argh...

So what happened? Well... it's a poor excuse, but RIGHT after I started my diet, we went on vacation, up north, camping and such. Grabbing McD's for breakfast three days in a row, chips, alcohol, fudge and other nommies made for a fantastic diving board and I belly flopped off of it, full throttle. I suppose I should have just hopped back on the diet after we got back, but it was just easier and cheaper to eat food on the run. So yes, here I am, back at close to my highest. Nothing fits and confidence at an all time low. I'm going to try to drink a bunch of water today in hopes of flushing out my system and then I'm going to get back in the saddle tomorrow as it's grocery time and I'll be able to stock up on low carb options. Wish me luck!
