The scales are still steady, no change. That's fine by me.

I won't be journalling so much in the next 10 days or so - I have my ageing mum with me this week to look after and next week I hope I'll be going away for a week to visit some old friends - by myself, no children, no housework, no cooking!
121.3 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! Hope your time with your mom is enjoyable...and then--your personal "vaycay" sounds very relaxing. Have fun, and try not to worry too much about the scales. You've got your "wiggle room" now ;)
