Back to Atkins after gaining 2lbs in a few days from adding fruit & whole grain and only eating 26 points & not using activity points. I guess eating fruit will be a rare occasion or only one per day now.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 July 2012:
1713 kcal Fat: 105.01g | Prot: 100.82g | Carb: 152.80g.   Lunch: Walnuts, ALMOND BREEZE VANILLA, FIBER ONE CEREAL, 100% Pure Pumpkin, Half & Half, 4% cottage cheese knudsen. Dinner: taco bell fat free beans, kraft fat free cheddar cheese, land o lakes spreadable butter, broccoli, high protein shake, bertolli olive oil, Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Caramel Filled Chocolates, DECADENCE BAR, Organic Flax Oil, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownie Bar. more...

That's the down side to low carb. When you add carbs back in you may gain it back quickly. You have to add carbs back n slowly . What you gained was your glycogen supply refilling (mostly water weight). It wasn't fat. When you get to goal, you will have to add carbs back in very slowly. You can retrain your body to eat more carbs and maintain.

If you want to follow Atkins correctly and keep any weight lost off forever, you have to lose most of your weight in the second phase--OWL. Each week or so you add one new food following the OWL Carb Ladder. Grains are the very last rung of that ladder for a reason.
