TOM wreaks havoc on the scale--at one point I stepped on after too much binging on mnms and it was up 5 lbs! Luckily this morning everything has returned to normal and there really wasn't much damage left from eating poorly during TOM's visit...yay!

135.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

I hate TOM too!!! But it is ok, because you know it will happen and it doesn't stay so no worries! Keep up the good work!
